AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32 OF
THE ANAHEIM 11UNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 14.32.190 THEREOF, AND BY ADDING
THERETO SECTION 14.32.242.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of the
Anaheim Tjlunicipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
amending Paragraph 33 thereof to read as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME -
STREETS DESIGNATED.
'133. Katella Avenue, on the north side, from the Disneyland
entrance to West Street; from Walnut Street to Ninth
Street, from a point approximately 230 feet east of
Bayless Street westerly to Tiara Street; from Nutwood
Street to approximately 450 feet westerly of Nutwood
Street; and from a point approximately 250 feet east of
Dallas Drive to a point approximately 130 feet westerly
of Dallas Drive; and on the south side, from Ninth Street
to a point approximately 925 feet westerly of Ninth
Street; and from Brookhurst Street to a point approxi-
mately 250 feet westerly of Brookhurst Street."
SECTION 2.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto Section
14.32.242 reading as follows:
`°SECTION 14.32.242 WAGNER AVENUE - PARKING DURING SCHOOL
HOURS RESTRICTED.
"It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave parked
any vehicle on the south side of Wagner Avenue, from the
east to the west property line of the Katella High School,
during school hours. The Chief of Police is authorized
and directed to erect and maintain along said street appro-
priate signs reading 'No Parking During School Hours."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
