91-250 RESOLUTION NO. 91R - 250
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND/OR
FACILITIES (Tract 12619 - Royal Pacific)
WHEREAS, certain properties or interests therein
including, in some instances, facilities, have heretofore
been irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocably offered properties or interests therein have
been fully met or otherwise have occurred; and
WHEREAS, all public facilities included therein have
been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the city of Anaheim to accept said offer of dedication and the
facilities described herein.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be and they are hereby accepted by the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
1. Easement for public utilities, sewer and ingress/egress
for maintenance purposes.
2. Domestic water system and appurtenances.
3. The sanitary sewer system and appurtenances.
4. Water easement as shown on said map.
5. Easement over Silver Dollar Lane and Trish Court
(private streets) for ingress/egress and maintenance
purposes.
6. Easement for Hiking and equestrian trail, as shown on
map.
all as shown on that Tract Map No. 12619 recorded as Instrument
No.89-581489 in Book 646, Pages 42 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of August,
1991.
