AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 65R-660 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with as to
the property hereinafter describcd.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The north 232' of the west half of lot 44 of Hazards'
Subdivision, as shown on a slap of Survey filed in Hook
1, page 26, of Recoru of Survcrys in the cfficc of the
County Recoruer of Orange County, California.

such as curbs and gutters, si(.1 walks, street grading and paving,
urainage facilities, or other appurtenant work sizall )e co;nplied
wit'n as required by the City .Engineer, and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in tiie Office of tine City
Engineer, at the time the property is develo;ec.
2. Tilat the owners of the property shall pay to the City of
Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting pur•-
poses, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That all plaits for development of the property shall be
submittea to and approved by the Development Review Committee on
the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and
architecturally.

SECTION 2 .
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of October , 19 6
