AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 67R-431 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
A portion of Lot 1 of Tract No. 1054, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a map recorded in Look 34, Page 10 of ,-'a:iscellaneous Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 8 of Tract No. 1602,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 46, Page 50 of Miscella-
neous Maps, in the office of the County recorder of said
County, thence South 15° 27' 55" Last, 92.25 feet parallel
with South Lemon Street, as shown on said map of Tract
No. 1054, to the true point of beginning; thence
North 74° 22' 03" Bast, 122.00 feet, parallel with the
South line of said Tract No. 1602; thence South 151 27' 55"
East, 27.75 feet; thence South 740 22' 03" West, 122.00
feet to the Last line of Lemon Street; thence North
150 27' 55" West, 27.75 feet along said East line of Lemon
Street to the true point of beginning.

and incorporated in tR-3, P.f;SIDENTIAL ZONE.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
- amended, and the property above described shell be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full .force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is proved and signed by me
