AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No (s) 67R-430 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit;
That portion of the First Class Land allotted to R. Rivas
according to a nrtap attached to anu- made a part of the Decree
of Partition of the Rancho Cajon de Santa Ana, rendered in
Case No. 1978 of the 17th. Judicial District Court of Cali-
fornia, a certified copy of which is recorded in Book 28,
Page 158 of Deeds, in the office of the County 11-11ecorder of
Los Angeles County, located in the County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line of the
City of Anaheim, as established by the Yorba Annexation
passed November 13, 1962, by Ordinance No. 1777, filed with
the Secretary of State August 10, 1964 and recorded August
13, 1964 in Official Records of orange County, California,
said point of beginning being the Northeast corner of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to 1rlaurice R. Burnell and
Jean C. Burnell, husband and wife, by deed recorded Noveim'Der
13, 1956, in Book 3708, page 61 of Official Records of Orange
County, California, said ortheast corner and point of
beginning being distant frori'l the center line intersection
of Orchard Drive and Orangethorpe Avenue the following
courses and distances; -Worth 30 261 30" East 1,120.42 feet,
more or less; 14orth 77' 30' 00" G4est 426 feet, more or less;
North 110 55' 00" East 330 feet, more or less. The inter-
section of said center line of Orchard Drive and Orangethorpe

SECTION 2.

amended, and the property above described shall be exclude%, -'r
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning 211ap as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning T,-,ap
to be added to the City Zoning F'L'ap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.

SECTIO""I 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and,
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
