2414ORDINANCE NO. 2414 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No (s) . L7,R393 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear- ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Lot 20 of the Golden State Tract 2, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 68 of iiiscel- laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 69 of Tract 2021, recorded in Book 57, pages 32 and 33 of Miscellaneous daps, records of said Orange County; thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 69, 148.55 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 71 of said Tract 2021; thence Southerly along the West line of Lots 71 and 72 of said Tract 2021, to the Southwest corner of said Lot 72; thence Easterly along the South line of Lots 72 and 73 of said Tract 2021, to the Southeast corner of said Lot 73; thence Southerly along the West line and the Southerly prolongation thereof of Lots 2 and 1 of said Tract 2021, 116 feet; thence North 89° 51' 30" West 325.68 feet; thence worth 00 45' 20`° West 10 feet; thence North 890 51' 30" West 100.09 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Westerly and Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 00' 00" a distance of 23.56 feet; thence Northerly along the East line of Maplewood Street, as shown on a Map of said Tract 2021, a distance of 215 feet to the point of beginning. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: -1- 66-67-72 1. That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 30 feet in width, from the center line of the street, along Romneya Drive, for street widening purposes. 2. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim along Romneya Drive, including preparation of improvement plans and installation of all improvements, such as curbs and gutters, Sidewalks, street grading and paving, drain- age facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer. 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, along Romneya Drive and Maplewood Street, for street lighting purposes. 4. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot along Romneya Drive and Maplewood Street, for tree planting purposes. 5. That all of the above-mentioned conditions shall be com- plied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning !,dap showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
