AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.

and a change or charges in. the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal. Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and -after having received evidence
and reports from persons inr.erested therein,-, and
WHEREAS" said City P1a= irng Commission did mace find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution-, and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Cocmmissiorn., the City Clerk did fix theday of

thiity Ham of the. City of Anaheim as the place, for a. public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code-, and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the Cite Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation, of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) Nc.G�s) 6R-584 ,

Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s)9 and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)66R-584
certain conditions and requirements were
made as con lt ons precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been, complied with-,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS°
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

SEC' IOiv 2..
The City Zoning i=iap shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning iap as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning lxiap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3,
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Rnaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
