AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MLTNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1961 --
Series 1965-66 ir, Reclassification No. 65-66-89re-
commending 7;n_a!i,,indment to Title 18 of th An__aheim Munici-p-al'Code
and a change or charges in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter menrioned and describedS, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner ana as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zoTte or zones, and :.iter having received evidence
and reports from persons ir-,verested tberein,- and
WHEREAS, said City F'Lan,_r--,.irg Commission did make find-
ings and summaries o its hllearirg and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zonas as set forth in, said resolution.-, and

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)
66R-243 . certain conditions and requirements were
made as conUltions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been, complied with;
NOW,, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows.-

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The West 115.00 feet of that portion of Lot 16 in the P. A.
Stanton Tract in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 5, pages
23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, lying southerly of the south line
of the north 1.00 acre of said lot.
EXCEPT the north 3.00 feet thereof.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following condition:
That one driveway twenty-one feet in width, with a twenty-
seven foot radius turn -around, shall be provided.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the,changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of July , 19 67 .

on the 11th day of July, 1967, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMENa None and Pebley
ABSENTS COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2402 on the 11th
day of July, 1967.
