AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 18, Chapter 16.85, Section 18.85.010,
Paragraph A, of the Anaizeim 1.1unicipal Code be, and the sane is
hereby amended to read as follows:
��SECTION 12.85.010 SETBACK DEPTHS.
`7A. harbor Boulevard from four hundred forty
(440) feet south of Vermont Street to
Orangewood Avenue, a setback of fifty (50)
feet witl an average of twenty (20) feet,
but not less than fifteen (15) feet of
said setback landscaped or a setback of
thirty-five (35) feet, all landscaped,
at the option of the developer, said
landscaping area shall be parallel with
and adjacent to the front property line.,
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINAiVCE is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of July, 1967.
