AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. PC67-113
in Reclassification No. 66-67-63 recommending an
amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a change
or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter
mentioned and described, at such time as the property hereinafter
described is annexed to the City of Anaheim, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribes: in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 27th day of
June , 19 67 , as the time, and the Council Chamber in
the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
'unicipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones at
such time as the property hereinafter described is annexed to the
City, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided
in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 67R-333
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s);
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAI EIv,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOV7S:
SECTION? 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning shall be amended, at such time as the hereinafter described
property is annexed to the City, by changing the boundaries of the
zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning
map or maps showing such change or changes as follows:

The City Zoning 14ap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property a.)ove described shall be excluded
from the zones in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and Made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth at such
time as said property is annexed to the City of Anaheim, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning Trap
to be added to the City Zoning lvlap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTIOv 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of ti�is
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and upon completion of annexation
proceedings now pending to annex the hereinbefore described
property to the City of Anaheim, it shall take effect and be in
full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDIINTUXE is approved and signed by me
