AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. PC66-166
in Reclassification No. 66-67-41 , re-
commending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the.17f.day of -
January �., 19 67 , as the time, and the Council Chamber in
the City Hall of t e—City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 67R-42
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 67R-42
, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, uescribed as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 1:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 8, Township
4 South, Range lU West, in the Ranchos Los Coyotes and San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Nap recorded in Book
51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Laps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said South-
east quarter of Section 8; thence Northerly along the hesterly
line of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, 190.05 feet;
thence Easterly, parallel with the Southerly line of said
Section, 50.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel with said
Westerly line, 190.05 feet to said Southerly line; thence
Westerly 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING ThEREFROM the Southerly 40.00 feet.
Parcel 2:
That t portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 8, Township
4 South, Range 10 best, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as said
section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of
Miscellaneous daps in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Section 8,
Easterly 50.00 feet from the Southwest corner of the South-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of said section; thence Northerly
190.05 feet parallel with the Easterly line of said section;
thence Easterly 60.00 feet parallel with the Southerly line of
said section; thence Southerly parallel the the Easterly line
of said section to the Southerly line of said section; thence
Westerly along said Southerly line to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 40.00 feet.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL 'LONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided
in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office
of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building and zoning inspections.
2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view, prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Nap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situate&, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Eap as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map

to De added to the City Zoning i .ap snowing the charges i�.ereby
approved and adopted.

T -1-e City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the sarae to Le printed once within
fifteen (13) clays after its adoption, in the ly.aheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, ;printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
