AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. Pr67-50
in Reclassification No. 6 -67-52 , re-
commending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal de
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 28th day of
March , 19 67 , as the time, and the Council in
the City Ha 1 of tie C ty of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 67R-176 and 67R-234 ,
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 67R-176
anA 67R-234 , certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The north 150.00 feet of the south 450.00 feet of that
portion of Lot 24 of Anaheim Investment Company's Tract,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, as per map recorded in Book 7, pages 33 and 34 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, lying westerly of the westerly line of
Tract No. 2802, as per map recorded in Book 115, pages 45
and 46 of said Miscellaneous Maps.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to R-3,
MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be
used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the building permit is issued.
2. That a Parcel Map to record the approved division
of subject property shall be submitted to the City of Anaheim
for approval, and then recorded in the Office of the Orange
County Recorder prior to final building inspection.
3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

Anaheim held on the 25th day of April, 1967, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 2nd day of May, 1967, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

and Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2385 on the 2nd day of
May, 1967.
