AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.26, SECTION 18.26.05.0,
PARAGRAPH (3.), OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.26, Section 18.26.05.0,
Paragraph (3), of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.26.050 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
"(3.) Coverage. The maximum coverage by all residential
and accessory buildings shall be forty (4.0) per
cent of the lot area."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of May, 1967.

Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City,of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2384 on the 2nd
day of May, 1967.
