AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2354 RELATING
TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did on February 14, 1967
adopt Ordinance No. 2354 amending Title 14, Chapter 14.32,
Section 14.32.190 of the Anaheim Municipal Code by amending
Paragraph 33 thereof, relating to parking on Katella Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence a typographical error
occurred in the preparation of said ordinance, in that in
Section 1 it is recited that the title of the section amended
is "SECTION 14.32.090 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME - STREETS
DESIGNATED," when in—truth and in fact the correct number of
the section is 14.32.190.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 2354 be, and the same is hereby
amended by correcting the number of the section amended by
said ordinance to read "14.32.190."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of April , 1967.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMENt None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2378 on the 25th
day of April, 1967.
