91-245 RESOLUTION NO. 91R- 245
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 91R-176 RELATING TO
THE UTILITY USERS' TAX
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 5236 establishing a utility
users' tax (the "tax"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted Resolution
No. 91R-176 creating certain exemptions from said tax; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has repealed said tax.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 91R-176 be, and the same
is hereby, repealed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of
August 1991.
