AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION i.
That Title 4, Chapter 4.18 of the Anaheim -Hunicipal
Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
Sectio 4.18.060 reading as follows:
"SECTION 4.13.060 PROHIBITED ATTIRE
AND ENTERTAIN1.:ENT
"Notwitilstancling the provisions of Section 4.18.050 and
whether or not an entertainment permit is required pur-
suant to Chapter 4.18, any person appearing as part of
any live entertainment of any type at any premises within
the City of Anaheim to which the public or any portion
thereof is invited shall 1)e required to wear clothing or
attire which conceals from public view any portion of
the female breasts at or below the areola thereof, and
any portion of the pubic areas or sexual organs.

SECTION 2.
The City Clerilc shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause tlle same to be printed once ,;ithirj

a newspaper of general circulation, printed, pubiis.-led aj-,&
circulated in said City, anu thirty (3 0) days from ane after its
