THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Al AHEILT DOES FIND
THAT:

on January 20, 1967 adopt Ordinance iso. 2342 in reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 65-66-112 changing the property therein
described from R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZO,,\iE to C-1, GENERAL C01�11aERCIAL
ZONE, subject to the conditions set forth in said ordinance;
and
4HERE;AS'the City Council finds that a portion of the
real property intended to be reclassified in said proceedings
was, through inadvertence, omitted from the description of the
property in said ordinance; and that Ordinance No. 2342 should,
therefore, be amended.

DOES OP.DAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2342 in =reclassification Proceedings
No. 65-66-112 be, and the same is hereby amended, by correcting
the description of the real property to read as follows:
"All of the area situated in the City of`lnaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, descrioed as follows,
to wit:
"The easterly -217.8 feet of the south 145 feet of the
northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of tD
northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 4 :south,
Range 10 :Fest, in the Rancho San Juan' Cajon de Santa
uia, City of Anaheim, as shown on a reap thereof re-
corded in :Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous i,iaps, records
of said Orange County, which lies southerly of the
Orange County Flood Control District Right of tilay as
said right of way is recorded in Book 3877, page 435
of Official Records in the Office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the :naheim. Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) clays from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

Anaheim held on the 21st day of March, 1967, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 28th day of March, 1967, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

and Krein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2369 on the 28th
day of March, 1967.
