2361ORDINANCE NO. 2361 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 263 Series 1961-62 in Reclassification No. 61-62-69 , re- commending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipa Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find- ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 27th day of March , 19 62 , as the time, and the CouncilChamberin the City Ha 1 of the C ty of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear- ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there- upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 62R-335 and 66R-634 finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound- aries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s); and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 62R-335 and 66R-634 , certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or changes of zone or zones have been complied with. as to the property hereinafter described and as provided in Resolution Nos. 62R-335 and 66R-634. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound- aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: -1- 61-62-69(20) That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the westerly 10 acres of the southerly 20 acres of lot 15 in block "K" of the Kraemer Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, per map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscel- laneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, lying southeasterly of a line parallel with and southeasterly 52.50 feet from the following described line: Beginning at a point on the center line of La Palma Avenue, North 73° 09' 45" East 413.52 feet from its intersection with the center line of Dowling Street as said intersection is shown in County Surveyor's Transit Book 123 page 40, on file in the office of the Orange County Surveyor, said point being on a non -tangent curve concave easterly having a radius of 4000.00 feet, a radial to said point bears North 820 18' 28" West; thence northerly 273.42 feet along said curve through a central angle of 3° 54' 59"; thence North 11° 36' 31" East 1290.26 feet to the beginning of a curve concave westerly having a radius of 4000.00 feet; thence northerly 1261.91 feet along said curve through a central angle of 18° 04' 32 thence North 60 28' 02" West 77.88 feet to a point on the center line of Miraloma Avenue, said point being North 73° 08' 31" East 1582.53 feet from its intersection with the center line of Dowling Street as said point of intersection is shown in County Surveyor's Transit Book 123 page 22 on file in the office of the Orange County Surveyor. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That all plans for development of the property shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and architecturally. -2- SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within` fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after Its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
