SECTION 18.52.050 OF THE ATAHEIM

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TiNAHEI'I DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Title 181 Chapter 18.38, Section 18.38.030, Sub-
section (6), and Section 18.38.040, Subsection (1), Paragraph (C)
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, be, and the same are hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.38.030 OFFICE RELATED USES.
"(6) Enclosed Restaurant and/or Coffee Shop. (No
drive-in or walk-up restaurant.)"
"SECTION 18.38.040 CONDITIONAL USES.
(C) Enclosed or Semi -enclosed Restaurant with
Cocktail Lounge."
SECTION 2_
That Title 18, Chapter 18.40, Section 18.40.020, Sub-
section (b), Paragraph 29, and Section 18.40.060, Subsection (e)
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, be, and the same are hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.40.020 PERMITTED USES.
"(b) - 29. Enclosed Restaurant."
"SECTION 18.40.060 CONDITIONAL USES.
"(e) Semi -enclosed restaurant or Drive-in or Walk-up
Restaurant."
SECTION 3.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.52, Section 18.52.050, Sub-
section (1), Paragraph (g) of the Anaheim Municipal Code, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.52.050 CONDITIONAL USES.
11(1) - (g) Enclosed or Semi -enclosed Restaurant (with
or without Cocktail Lounge)."
RECTION 4_
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within

fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of February , 1967.
