SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.04, Section 18.04.620 of
the 11naheim -",.unicipai Code be, and the same is hereby amendea
by adding thereto Paragrap1l (6), reading as follows:

or control of the owner of said animals or birds.
Any animals or birds snail be subject to the following
additional restrictions:
(a) Poultry, rabbits and cavies shall not exceed
24 birds or anioials per acre.
(b) horses shall not exceed four adult animals and
their irznature offspring per acre on a minimum
one -acre site.
(c) Cattle, sheep and goats silaii be permitted on
parcels of land five (D") acres or snore in area;
ihowever, tAe number of such animals shall not
exceed a total of two (2) per acre.
-Iny pens, coops, corrals or other weans of confinement
or physical restraint of said birds or animals shall
not be located closer than forty -feet (40 ft.) from
any window or door of any building used for human habita-
tion, or within twenty feet (20 ft.) of any side lot line.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed to supersede
the provisions of C11apter 3.03 of the i1naheim i.Luaicipal
Code."
SECTION :21.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in tiie lmaheim I-'ulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
