AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 2018 --
Series 1965-66 ir. Reclassification No, 65-66-104 re-

to Title 18 of the Wn-aheim Municipa Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the mianner anxt as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes cf zot).e or zones, and z. ter having received evidence
and reports from persons inx-erested therein,- and
WHEREAS, said City Flan-�Ang Commission did make find-
ings and su-mmaries of its 1hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution.-, and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-.

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the northeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 22, Township
4 South: Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as said section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps-, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the northeast
quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter
of said Section 22; thence crest 462.00 feet; thence north
to the north line of said Section 22; thence east along
said north line to the southwesterly line of the right of
gray of the Los Angeles Inter -Urban Railway; thence south-
easterly along said southwesterly line of said right of
way to the point of intersection of the same with the
east line of said Section 22; thence south to the point
of beginning.
now is R --A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C--1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2:
The City Zoning Map shall be; and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is iier'eby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning l"Lap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of January , 1966.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
