AlIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2307 IN
CLASSIFICX2103 PROCEEDINGS NO. 63-64-103.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOES FIND
THAT:
�i�HEREAS the City Council did on July 12, 196' adopt
Ordinance No. 2307 in Reclassification Proceedings 1:4o. 63-64-103
changing the property therein describes efrom R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
Z
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to tine various zones as set forth in said
ordinance, subject to certain conditions enumerated therein; and

W,HEREILS., the City Council :rinds that Portion 111311 of
the property described in said Ordinance No. 2307 should have
been deleted from said reclassification proceedings inasmuch as
said Llarcel of property was reclassified in a separate proceed-
ing, Reclassification "o. 64-65-125, Ordinance No. 2166, insti-
tuted after the commencement of Reclassification Proceedings
lio. 63-64-103 and completed prior to the adoption of ordinance
No. 2307.

That Ordinance No. 2307 in Reclassification Proceed-

circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
