AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM'S
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
PC66-106 in Reclassification No. 66-67-19 re-
commending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipa Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 22nd day of
November , 19 66 , as the time, and the CouncilChamber in
the City Ha 1 of the C ty of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) ,
finding and determining that Title 18 ot the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-736
, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NO6u, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 1:
That portion of that certain 57 acre Tract of First Class
land marked "Ramona De La Guerra," as shown on a map showing
Partition of the 1-7I. Yorba Estate filed in Book 1, Page 27
of Record of Surveys, on file in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract No. 5988, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 224, Pages 48 through 50,
inclusive, of Liscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; thence along the Easterly boundary line of
said Tract No. 5988 the following courses:
North 70 561 2411 East 48.88 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Easterly having a radius of 329.29
feet; Northerly along said curve through a central angle
of 151 411 5811 an arc distance of 90.23 feet; North 100
191 3813 East 15.82 feet to the beginning of a non -tangent
curve concave Easterly having a radius of 333.29 feet, a

shown on a map recorded in Book 224, Pages 48 through 50,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous haps, Records of said County;
thence along the boundary of said tract N. 34° 571 2011
West 204.00 feet to a point on a curve concave southerly
having a radius of 585 feet, and whose radial to said point
bears N. 340 571 20" West; thence Southerly 6.92 feet along
the arc of said curve through a central angle of

changed to and incorporated in is -2--5000, PNE-FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning idlap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning rap
to be added to the City Zoning idap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Imaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, ;printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
