2341ORDINANCE NO, 941
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Carrmission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1643 --
Series 1964-65 , in Reclassification No. 64-65-128 ,
recommending enial of a change in the bourn r- es of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of
zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from
persons interested therein and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings,
and a summary of its hearing, and did recommend denial of a change
of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clergy did fix the 6th day of
Jamul , 19 65 as the time, and the oCuncil Chamber
in the y Hf the: of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code: and change or changes of zone or zones, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons :interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and :reports, and did thereupon
consider the recorinendation of the City Planning Commission, and
did adopt Resolution(s) Noo(s) 65R-520 , finding and
determining that Title 18 of t e Ana eim Municzpa Code should
be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s);
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said resolution(s), certain
conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or, zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE,) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 10
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows.

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lot No. 1 of Tract No. 2381 as shown on a map recorded in
Book 69, Page 15, 16 and 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
now is R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-0, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That the conversion of the existing building for
commercial usage shall be in conformity with the requirements
of the City of Anaheim Building Code.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to
final building inspection.
3. That plans for the development of subject property
shall be submitted to and approved by the City Council, prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
4. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view from abutting streets, prior to
final building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
