A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
QUITCI~%IM DEED TO LINCOLN ANAHEIM VILLAGE
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has sold, or
agreed to sell certain property to Lincoln Anaheim Village
Limited Partnership for purposes of redevelopment; and
WHEREAS, redevelopment of the property is in the vital
interest of the city of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the property, which portion does
underly Philadelphia St., a street previously abandoned by the
City Council of the city of Anaheim has been determined to be
owned in fee title by the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said portion of the property is necessary to
permit the redevelopment of the property; and
WHEREAS, the value of the parcel does not exceed
$50,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor
and city Clerk to execute a quitclaim deed to the property to
Lincoln Anaheim Village Limited Partnership and to deliver said
deed to the grantee.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is.approved and adopted by the
city Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of August, 1991.
