AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 2086
Series 1965-66 ir» Reclassification No. 65-66-121 , re-
commending
e®commen ing an aimkdment to Title 18 of the Anaheim icipal Code
and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereorn� in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence
and reports from persons interested therein and
WHEREAS., said City Planing Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zoz.es as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREASI, upon,, receipt of said resolution., report of
findings, summary of evi.den.ce and reccsmmendation of the City
Planning Commi.ssior_, the Cit? Clerk did fix the 19th day of
Jul , 1� 66 as the time, and the Council in
t e ity Hail of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a. public
hearing upon said Rroposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS y at: tL�.e time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the Cite Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendations of the Cite Planning Commission,
and did adoct Resolution(s) Na,i"s) 66R-506 ,
findirgand detex°msnig g that 4,itle 18 of the Anaheim Municipa
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the bound-
aries of said zor�:B or zones should be made as set forth in said
resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-506
, certain conditions and requirements were
made as con i.tions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

The Northerly 250 feet of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, and the Southerly
30 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 1, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 20 feet of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 12 and the Westerly 20 feet of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 1.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided
in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office
of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building inspection.
2. That all air conditioning facilities shall
be properly shielded from view from abutting streets.
3. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on
file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3
and 4.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 15th day of November, 19669 by the following vote of
the members thereof:

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Chandler
AND I RMTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2332 on the
