AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-334 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with as
to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
PARCEL 1:
The east half, measured along the north line, of that
portion of Lots 4 and 5 in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map filed
in Book 2 Page 39 of Record of Surveys in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 5, said
point being south 83° 58' 00" east 499.71 feet from the
northwest corner of said lot, said point being the north-
west corner of the land described as Parcel 1 in the
Deed of Gift to Emile Boisseranc Jr. et al., recorded
January 4, 1963 in Book 6393 Page 455 of Official Records,
thence north 00 04' 00" west along the northerly
prolongation of the west line of said parcel 1 to the
northerly line of the land described in the deed to
Emile Boisseranc Jr. et al., recorded August 15, 1967
in Book 8341 Page 155 of official records; thence
easterly along said northerly line to the northerly
prolongation of the east line of said parcel 1; thence
south 0° 12' 00" west 563.10 feet along said prolongation
and said east line to the southeast corner of said parcel
1; thence north 810 28' 45" west 332.59 feet to the
southwest corner of said parcel 1; thence north 0° 04' 00
west 508.92 feet to the point of beginning.

PARCEL 2
--- The west half, measured along the north line, of that
portion of lots 4 and 5 in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map filed

the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said lot 5,
said point being south 83° 58' 0011 east 499.71 feet
from the northwest corner of said lot, said point being
the northwest corner of the land described as Parcel 1
in the Deed of Gift to Emile Boisseranc Jr. et al., recorded
January 4, 1963 in Book 6393 Page 455 of official records,
thence north V 04' 00" west along the northerly prolonga-
tion of the west line of said parcel 1 to the northerly
line of the land described in the deed to Emile Boisseranc
Jr. et al., recorded August 10, 1967 in Book 8341 Page
155 of Official Records; thence easterly along said
northerly line to the northerly prolongation of the east
line of said parcel 1; thence south 01 12' 00" west
563.10 feet along said prolongation and said east line
to the southeast corner of said parcel 1; thence north
810 28' 45" west 332.59 feet to the southwest corner of
said parcel 1; thence north 0° 04' 00" west 508.92 feet
to the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
condition:
That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work,
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer,
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications
on file in the office of the City Engineer, at the time
the property is developed.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
