2600ORDINANCE NO. 2600 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No(s). ARR-18determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: All that certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot 22 of the Golden State Tract No. 2, as per map recorded in Book 4, page 68, of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County. EXCEPT THEREFROM the northerly 8 acres. ALSO EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING Beginning at a point in the west line of said Lot 22, said line being considered along the center line of Acacia Street and located 526.21 feet south of the northwest corner of the north 8 acres of said Lot 22; running from said point of beginning east 281.85 feet along a line parallel to the north line of said Lot 22; thence south 62.64 feet along a line parallel to the west line of Lot 22; thence west 281.84 feet parallel to said north line to a point in the west line; thence north 62.64 feet to the point of beginning. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: -1- 67-68-57 1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued. 2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent residential homes, prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted ,and ;the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
