2591ORDINANCE NO. 2591
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
17, CHAPTER 17.08, SECTION 17.08.110 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO SUBDIVISIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 17, Chapter 17.08, Section 17.08.110 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 17.08.110 SUBDIVISION DEFINED. 'Subdivi-
sion' refers to any real property improved or
unimproved or portion thereof, or condominium project
shown on the latest county tax roll as a unit, or
as contiguous units, which is divided for the purpose
of sale or lease, or financing, whether immediate
or future, by any subdivider into two or more parcels
or condominium, provided that this shall not apply
to the leasing of apartments, offices, stores, or
similar space within an apartment building, industrial
building, commercial building, or trailer park."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

this 29th day of October , 1968.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance -No. -2591 on the 29th day of October,
1968.
