AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 68R-343 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
A portion of land in the City of Anaheim, Orange
County, California being a portion of the South-
west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes as per
Map recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps in the Office of the Orange County Recorder.
Said land more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeast corner of
Tract No. 4647 as shown on a map recorded in
Miscellaneous Maps, Book 165, Pages 39 and 40,
Records of Orange County; thence South 0' 14' 48"
East 264.00 feet along the westerly line of Tract
No. 2839 as shown on a Map recorded in Miscellaneous
Maps, Book 85, Pages 9 to 15 inclusive; thence
South 890 37' 38" West 400.00 feet parallel to
the southerly line of said Tract No. 4647; thence
North 00 14' 48" West 264.00 feet parallel to
said westerly line of Tract No. 2839 to a point
on the westerly prolongation of the Southerly
line of said Tract No. 4647; thence North
890 37' 38" East 400.00 feet along said prolonga-
tion and along said south line to the point of
beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-2-5000, ONE -FAMILY ZONE.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
