2576ORDINANCE NO. 2576 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolutions Nos. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with as to the property hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The Southerly 132 feet of the Northerly 528 feet of the Westerly 330 feet of the Easterly 660 feet of that portion of Lot 2 in Block "K" of the "Kraemer Tract", in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said lot, 28 chains Southerly from the Northeasterly corner of said lot; thence Southerly along said Easterly line 12.03 chains to. the Southeasterly corner of said lot; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said lot, 20 chains to the Southwest- erly corner of said lot; thence Northerly along the West- erly line of said lot, 12.03 chains to the Southwesterly corner of the tract of land described in the deed from Mattie Goetz and husband, to Emma Shaffer, recorded December 6, 1917 in Book 316, page 202 of Deeds, Records of said Orange County; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said tract, 20 chains to the point of beginning. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: -1- 61-62-69(28) 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accor- dance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street light- ing purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That all plans for development of the property shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
