AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 68R-324 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lot 14 of Helen and Lynch's Subdivision,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in book 442 page 158 of
Deeds, in the office of the county recorder of Los
Angeles County, California, the southerly line of said
lot 14 being the northerly line of Tract No. 2381, as
shown on the map recorded in book 69 page 15 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder
of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly prolonga-
tion of'the North line of said Tract No. 2381 with the
center line of Loara Street, as shown on said map;
thence North 0° 13' 30" West 166.35 feet along said
center line; thence South 89° 16' 04" West 385.22 feet
parallel with said North line to the East line of lot
18 of Tract No. 3673, as per map recorded in book 130
page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps; thence South 0° 18' 00"
East to the southeast corner of Lot 16 of said Tract
No. 3673; thence North 89° 16' 04" East 385.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-2-5000, ONE -FAMILY ZONE.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of September , 19 68 .
