91-234 RESOLUTION NO. 91R -234
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
'IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
Those certain facilities and rights-of-way shown on Tract
No.13129 including Lakeview Avenue, Hightree Circle, and a
portion of Bubach Street along with the following easements
and facilities:
1. The domestic water system and appurtenances as shown on
the improvement plans for this tract.
2. The public utility easements as shown on the map.
3. All existing or future public utility facilities within
the dedicated right of way.
4. Ingress and egress rights to the private streets for
water and public utility maintenance purposes.
5. Azure Street, Bubach Street, Sabel Court, Vanity Lane
private streets as easements for water and public
utility purposes
(hereinafter "Facilities") all as described in Instrument
No. 88-457453 at Book 612, Page 32 of M.M. of the Office of
the County Recorder; and,
WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
accept said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of July, 1991.
