AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 1:
That portion of the West half of the South half of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 22,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
The Southerly 265.00 feet of the Westerly 336.00 feet of
said West half of the South half of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of said Section 22.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 190.00 feet of the
Westerly 200.00 feet.
Parcel 2:
That portion of lot 28 of Anaheim Extension in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map of survey made by William Hamel and filed
in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California, a copy of which is shown in Book 3,
page 163, et seq., entitled "Los Angeles County Maps" in
the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange County,
described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the South line of said lot,
South 890 46' 30" West 311.96 feet from the southeast
corner of said lot, said point being the intersection
of the North line of a 60.00 foot road, known as Ball
Road, and the center line of Harbor Boulevard, as said
boulevard was surveyed and improved in 1930; thence
South 890 46' 30" West 159.36 feet along the South line
of said lot to the southeast corner of the land described
in the deed to Juanita V. L. Ehlers, recorded December
14, 1939 in Boos: 1025, page 114 of Official Records;
thence northerly along the East line of said land of
Ehlers to a line parallel with said North line, which
passes through a point on the West line of said Harbor
Boulevard, North 11° 07' 30" East 232.00 feet from said
North liner thence North 890 46' 30" Last along said
parallel line to said center line of Harbor Boulevard;
thence South 110 07' 30" West 232.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
Parcel 3:
The northerly 120.00 feet of the westerly 660.00 feet of
the South half of the northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as said Section is
shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscella-
neous 1.4aps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-R, C01•1ERCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work,
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in
the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is
developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree
planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property
is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural con-
formance with the structure.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 6th day of August, 1968,
