AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolutions)
No (s) . -61--68=f& 68R-237 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the south half of Lots 1 and 6 of Townsend's
Subdivision, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 5, page 40 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, lying northwesterly of the northwesterly
line of the land described in the Final Order of Condemna-
tion, rendered in Case No. 73603, in the Superior Court of
the State of California, in and for the County of Orange,
a certified copy of which was recorded June 9, 1960 in
Book 5280, page 150 of Official Records.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incor-
porated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following
condition:
That the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit,
to be used for park and recreation purposes, said
amount to be paid at the time the building permit is
issued.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above. described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of August , 19 68 .

I, DENE M. WILLIAMS, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2556 was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 6th day of
August, 1968, and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 13th day of August, 19689 by the
following rote of the members thereof:
