AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 68R-123 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hexe nai fter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AT�AH„I�•i
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Parcel 1:
That portion of Block G of the Kraemer Tract in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88
of miscellaneous Records in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said
Block, South 870 00' 00" East 1867.40 feet from a
stone at the Northwest corner of said Block; thence
South 870 00' 0011 East 811.00 feet; thence South
70 00' 00" East 955.00 feet to the Southerly line of
said Block "G"; thence South 730 32' 00" West 811.00
feet; thence North 70 00' 00" West 1227.00 feet, to
the point of beginning.
EXCEPT the South 203.00 feet of that portion thereof
lying westerly of a line which bears North 16° 48' 23"
West from a point on the south line thereof North
730 11' 37" East 221.72 feet from the southwest corner
of said land.
Parcel 2:
The west 10.00 feet of that portion of Block "G" of the
Kraemer Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
-1- 67-68-48
12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records in the
Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Block,
South 87° 00' 00" East 2678.40 feet from a stone at the
Northwest corner of said Block, said point being the
Northeast corner of that real property described in
Registrar's Certificate of Title No. 840; thence
South 70 00' 00" East 955.00 feet, to the South line
of said Block; thence North 730 32' 00" East 551.00
feet to the Southwest corner of land deeded to Joseph
Pauchon and Rosalie Pauchon by instrument recorded in
Book 187, page 293 of Deeds of said Orange County;
thence North 70 00' 00" West 768.70 feet, to the
North line of said Block; thence North 870 00' 00" West
550.31 feet, to the point of beginning.
Parcel 3:
That portion of Block "G" of Kraemer Tract, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscel-
aneous Records in the Office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Block,
South 870 00' 00" East, 2678.40 feet from a stone at the
Northwest corner of said Block, said point being the North-
east corner of that real property described in Registrar's
Certificate of Title No. 840; thence South 70 00' 00" East
955.00 feet to the South line of said Block; thence
North 730 32' 00" East, 551.00 feet to the Southwest corner
of the land deeded to Joseph Pauchon and Rosalie Pauchon
by instrument recorded in Book 187, page 293 of Deeds,
of said Orange County; thence North 7° 00' 00" West, 768.70
feet, to the North line of said Block; thence North 870 00' 00"
West, 550.31 feet, to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT the Westerly 10.00 feet thereof.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-2-5000, ONE -FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City 'Zoning 1,ap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to
ordinance and shall cause the same to be
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in

the passage of this
printed once within
the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
