AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 2499 RELATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS,, the City Council did on April 9, 1968., adopt
Ordinance No. 2499, amending Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section
14.32.190 of the Anaheim Municipal Code by adding Paragraph 64
thereto, relating to parking on Douglas Street; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence a typographical error
occurred in the preparation of said Ordinance, in that in
Section 1, it is recited that the number of the Paragraph
added is Paragraph 64, when in truth and in fact the correct
number of the Paragraph is 66.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2499 be, and the same is hereby
amended by correcting the number of the Paragraph added to said
Section 14.32.190 by said Ordinance to read, "Paragraph 66."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of August, 1968.
