91-233 RESOLUTION NO. 91R - 233
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
Those certain facilities and rights-of-way shown on Tract
No. 10982 including Bauer Road along with the following
easements and facilities:
1. An easement over Lot C for ingress - egress and public
utilities.
2. The eight foot wide public utility easement as shown on
map.
3. The 10' wide water line easement, including ingress and
egress, as shown on the map.
4. The domestic water distribution system and
appurtenances as shown on the improvement plans for
tract 10982
(hereinafter "Facilities") all as described in Instrument
No. 88-457414 at Book 611, Page 9 of M.M. of the office of
the County Recorder; and,
WHEREAS, said street(s) and facilities have been
installed and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
accept said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
