AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY , OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 15, CHAPTER 15.50, SECTION 15.50.010
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
THE MECHANICAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 15, ,Chapter 15.50, Section 15.50.010 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 15, reading as follows:
"SECTION 15.50.010 AMENDMENTS.
"15. Section 506 on Page 42 is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following exception:
"Exception: Such listed device or devices shall not
be required on range tops, log lighters, lights or other
open burner manually operated appliances.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be .printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
