AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the. ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-617 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by -changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That .all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Portion 1:
All that real property described as: Tract No. 4689, in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 193, pages 3, 4, and 5
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County, and Tract
No. 5499, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 201,
pages 46 and 47 of said Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said. Orange County.
Portion 2:
Tract No. 5999, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State: of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book
221, pages 39, 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County.
Portion 3:
Area. A:
That portion of the land allotted to the heirs of Leandro
Serrano, in Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map of partition of the. Rancho Santiago de
Santa Ana, recorded in Book"B" of Judgments of the 17th

Judicial District Court of California, described as
follows; Beginning at the southerly terminus of that
certain course in the easterly boundary of Tract No.
5499, as shown on a map recorded in Book 201, pages 46
and 47 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County, shown thereon as having
a bearing of North. 29 25' 35" East, and a length of
206.84 feet; thence along said easterly boundary North
29 25' 35" East 206.84 feet; thence North 50 37" 35"
East 112.59 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
therein shown as being concave to the West and having a
radius of 309.88 feet; thence northerly along said curve
50..08 feet, a radial to said point bears North 860 22'

Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Nohl
Canyon Road with the Southerly line of the State Highway
as described in the deed to the State of California re-
corded in Book 5563, page 227 of Official Records of said
County, said point being the most Northerly corner of
Tract No. 4689, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 193,
pages 3 et seq., of said Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said County; thence Southerly along said center line as
shown on a Map of said Tract and on the Map of Tract
No. 5499, recorded in Book 201, pages 46 and 47 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, to the Southwest corner of the land conveyed
to The American Lutheran Church, a corporation, by deed
recorded December 21, 1964 in Book 7352, page 238 of said
official records, thence along the South line of said
church land South 889 30' 36" East, 510.00 feet to the
Southeast corner thereof; thence North 19 29' 24" East
97.00 feet; thence North 279 30' 00" East to an intersec-
tion with the. Southerly line of Lot 3 of Tract No. 58,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 10, page 6 of said
Miscellaneous Maps; thence along the boundary of said
tract the following courses and distances; thence South
749 07' West to an angle point in said Southerly line;
South 609 02' West, 100.00 feet; North 569 34' West,

22' West, 240.85 feet; North 529 05' West to a point in
the Southerly line of said State Highway; thence Westerly
along said Southerly line to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that parcel of land described as:

feet to the beginning of a tangent curve therein shown
as being concave to the West and having a radius of

now is R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE and R -A, AGRICULTURAL
ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R -H-10,000,
RESIDENTIAL HILLSIDE, LOW DENSITY, SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in whichitis now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to.be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of July , 1968.
