AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 68R-236 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 8;
thence North along the East line of said Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter a distance of 772 feet;
thence West parallel with the South line of said Section
8 a distance of 560 feet; thence South parallel wit1. the
Last line of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 8, a distance of 118 feet;
thence East parallel with the South line of said Section
8 a distance of 163 feet; thence South parallel with
the East line of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 8 a distance of 654 feet to the
Sout1 line of said Section 8 thence East along said
South line a distance of 392 feet to the point of begin-
ning.

corporated in C-1, GENERAL COIV RCIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That sidewalks and driveways shall be installed, along
Lincoln Avenue, as required by the City Engineer and in accor-
dance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
Office of the City Engineer, prior to final building and zoning
inspections.

3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and
determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department,

4. That the parking areas shall be lighted with down -
lighting, which shall be directed away from the property lines
to protect the residential integrity of the area, and that said
lighting shall be installec, prior to final building and zoning
inspections.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall L)e properly
shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent resi-
dential homes, prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is,hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning !ap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulateu in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall tare effect ar,"L be in full force.
