AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.190,
PARAGRAPH 58, and SECTION 14.32.243 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190, Para-
graph 58 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME - STREETS
DESIGNATED.
1158 Gilbert Street, on the east side, from
680 feet north of Lincoln Avenue to
Crescent Avenue; and on the west side,
from Lincoln Avenue to 710 .feet north of
Lincoln Avenue, and from 1,955 feet north
of Lincoln Avenue to Crescent Avenue."
SECTION 2.
That Title 141 Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.243 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.243 GILBERT STREET -PARKING DURING,SCHOOL
HOURS RESTRICTED.
"It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave parked
any vehicle on the west side of Gilbert Street, from 710 feet
north of Lincoln Avenue to 1,955 feet north of Lincoln Avenue,
during school hours. The Chief of Police is authorized and
directed to erect and maintain along said street appropriate
signs reading 'No Parking During School Hours."'
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
