6.56.010 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO POOLS AND PONDS.

SECTION 1.
That Title 6, Chapter 6.56, Section 6.56.010 of the
Anaheim municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto Paragraph (3) reading as follows:
''SECTION 6.56.010 FENCE P.EOUIRED--SPECIFICATIONS.
K"(3) Compliance with Section. Pools constructed after
July 1, 1968 shall conform to the requirements set
forth in this section and no pools shall be plastered
and/or thereafter filled with water until such com-
pliance has been verified by a final inspection by
the appropriate officials of the City. iiiy person
who shall plaster a pool whether it be the owner,
contractor, or any other person or any person who
shall fill a swimming pool with water before a
final inspection by the City has determined com-
pliance with this ordinance, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and punishable under Section 1.01.370
of this Code."
SECTION. 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall tai -,e effect and be in full force.
