AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.52, SECTION
18.52.050 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL.CODE9
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.52, Section 18.52.050 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom Paragraph (3), which reads as follows:
" (3) Any industrial use to be located closer
than three hundred and thirty (330) feet
from the exterior boundaries of any public
school or park site shall be subject to a
Conditional Use Permit."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of May 1968.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
and signed said Ordinance No. 2519 on the 28th day of May, 1968.
