AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
PC68-104 in Reclassification No. 67-68-71
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Muni.cipa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 7th day of
May , 1968 , as the time, and the Counc�illChamber in
the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did 'hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that sub-
ject property is now under annexation proceedings to the City of
Anaheim and that said change or changes in the zone or zones here-
inafter mentioned and described should be made at such time as
said property is annexed to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sec-
tional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
-1- 67-68-71
The west half of the west half of the northeast quarter of
the northwest quarter of Section 24, being a part of lot
41 in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, as per map recorded in Book 2, pages 256 and 257
of Patents in the Office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California.

SECTION 2.
AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, and that

The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of May, 1968.
