AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 68R-233 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That parcel of land located in the County of Orange, State
of California, being a portion of the Northwest quarter of
Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City Limit line of
the City of Anaheim, distant from the centerline intersec-
tion of State College Boulevard and Ball Road, the follow-
ing courses and distances: South 89° 55' 36" East 660
feet, more or less, South 00 13' 40" East 30 feet, more or
less, as established by the Southeast Annexation to the
City of Anaheim, passed by Ordinance No. 1104, November 27,
1956, filed with the Secretary of State December 31, 1956
and recorded January 8, 1957 in Official Records of Orange
County, California, said point of beginning being the
intersection of the East line of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 24, with a line parallel with and 30 feet Southerly
of the North line of the Northwest quarter of said Section
24, said point of beginning also being in the existing City
Limit line of the City of Anaheim, as established by the
Southeast Annexation No. 2 to the City of Anaheim, passed
by Ordinance No. 1402, October 13, 1959, filed with the
Secretary of State November 13, 1959 and recorded November
19, 1959 in Official Records of said Orange County; thence

South 890 55' 36" East 660 feet, more or less, following
along a portion of said existing City Limit line of the
City of Anaheim as established by said Southeast Annexation
No. 2, along the last mentioned parallel line to an inter-
section with the Easterly line of the West half of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 24; thence
South 00 13' 40" East 630 feet, more or less, leaving the
existing City Limit line of the City of Anaheim as estab-
lished by said Southeast Annexation No. 2, along a portion
of the East line of the West half of the Northwest quarter
of said Section 24 to an intersection with the Southerly
line of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 24, said point of inter-
section being a point in the existing City Limit line of
the City of Anaheim, as established by the aforementioned
Southeast Annexation to the City of Anaheim; thence
North 890 55' 36" West 660 feet, more or less, along a
portion of the said existing City Limit line of the City
of Anaheim, as established by said Southeast Annexation,
being the Southerly line of the North half of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 24, to an
intersection with the Easterly line of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 24; thence
North 00 13' 40" West 630 feet, more or less, along a
portion of the said City Limit line of the City of Anaheim,
as established by said Southeast Annexation, being a portion
of the Easterly line of the Northwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 24,
to the point of beginning.
now is COUNTY OF ORANGE ZONING, A-1, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT,
and that it be changed to and incorporated in R -A, AGRICULTURAL
ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is here-
by directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on.the 7th day
of May, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2512 on the 7th day of May, 1968.
