A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION,
GENERAL UNIT AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, on February 26, 1991, the City Council approved
Resolution 91R-49 adopting a Memorandum of Understanding between
the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit and
the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Labor Relations Director met and conferred with
officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, General Unit, to discuss adding a "U" to
the classification of Cabinet Maker; and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated June 28, 1991
between the parties has been prepared amending certain
provisions of the current Memorandum of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that approval of said Letter of Understanding, is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated June 28,
1991, between the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association,
General Unit, and the City of Anaheim, a copy of which is
attached hereto; is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th date of July, 1991.

LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
between the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
and the
CITY OF ANAHEIM
The Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit and
the City of Anaheim after meeting and conferring, have reached
an agreement to amend Appendix "A", Wages as follows:
The classification of Cabinet Maker shall be
designated in Appendix "A" by a "U2" before
the schedule numbers.
