2502ORDINANCE NO. 2542 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AbTNDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No(s). 66R-394 determinina that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear- ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: -1- 65-66-105 That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1: Lot 4 of Townsend's Subdivision, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 5, page 40, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County. PARCEL 2: Lot 9 of Townsend's Subdivision in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 5, page 40, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the follow- ing conditions: 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building inspection. 2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department, said fire hydrants to be installed prior to final building inspection. SECTION 2: The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
