ALIT ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
Aiift'.'NDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 1.12, SECTION
1.12.070, PARAGRAPH (a) OF THE ANAHEIM
A9JNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO DISPOSITION
OF UNCLAIVITD PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 _
That Title 1, Chapter 1.12, Section 1.12.070, Para-
graph (a) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1.12.070 DISPOSITIO14 OF UNCLAIMED PROPER'T'Y.
"(a) Such property -shall be held by the Police
Department for a period of at least four
months, except bicycles, which shall be held
for a period of at least three months."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINIU CE is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of April , 1968.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2500 on the 9th day of April,
1968.
