WhERE�AS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution (s)

changes inthezone or zones hereinafter r,.-Lentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recoiaiiendation of the City
Planning Cooxiission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.

That Title 18 of the Analleir. ijiunicipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, a:miended,by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning ma--, or r,-Laf-)s showing such change or changes
as follows;
That all of the area situated in tfie City of Anaheiia,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Parcel 1:
The ffout-h 323.00 feet of Lot 20 of Anaheim Extension as

Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,

now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changeC, to and in-
corporated in the following zones upon the conditions hereinafter
set forth;

That Parcel 1, hereinbefore described, shall be changed
to 111-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZO'1NE;
That Parcel 2, hereinbefore described, shall be changed
to R-3, IATULTIPLE-FAMILY RLSIDEIv'11'IAL ZONE; and
That Parcel 3, hereinbefore described, shall be changed
to R-1, ONE-F1I:ILY RZSIDE14TIAL ZONIE.
That said change of zones shall be made upon the followinla- con-
ditions:
1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the city of Anaheim the sun of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be
used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at
the time the building permit is issued.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets for
Parcels 1 and 2, prior to final building inspection.
3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view.
4. That the parking areas for Parcels 1 and 2 shall
be lighted with down -lighting of a maximum, height of six feet,
which shall be directed away from the property lines abutting
single-family residential zones in order to protect the resi-
dential integrity of the area.
SECTialq 2.
The City Zoning 11ap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, an& incorporated in
and made a part of tAe zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning TIVIap as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the city Zoning 1,,Iap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The city clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of April 1968.

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 2nd day
of April, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
